As SMU continues on its journey towards SMU2025, forging strong partnerships with industries and expanding our networks with external stakeholders have become increasingly crucial. In this edition of SMU CIRCLE, we are delighted to feature an interview with Ms Chan Wai Leng, who was recently promoted to Vice President (Advancement & Alumni Relations). She will work closely with SMU President Professor Lily Kong and the newly formed President's External Engagement Council to bolster SMU's outreach and engagement efforts.
In our Alumni Spotlight, we feature Deddy Setiadi, an SMU alumnus who co-founded Kodecoon Academy, a coding school dedicated to advancing digital literacy among Singapore's young students. I hope his story inspires you to pursue your own passions and create impact in your own ways.
