Alternatively, retrieve your password by contacting SMU IT Help Centre at helpdesk@smu.edu.sg.
For verification purposes, please include the following information in the email.
- Last 3 digits of your NRIC or FIN
- Full name as per NRIC or FIN
- Current mobile number
- Student Card Number
- SMU email address
