Access the Online Password Reset service to reset your password.
Alternatively, retrieve your password by contacting SMU IT Help Centre at helpdesk@smu.edu.sg.
For verification purposes, please include the following information in the email.
- SMU Email address
- Full Name as per NRIC or FIN
- Phone number (registered with SMU and/or current mobile number)
- Student ID / Card Number (Not NRIC/FIN)
- Date of Birth (MM/YYYY)
- Personal Email address registered with SMU (Gmail/Hotmail/etc)
Please allow up to 3 working days for the SMU IT Help Centre to respond to your email.
