SMU alumnus Wen Junjie started working as a full-time tutor after graduating from SMU’s School of Accountancy in 2017. During the COVID-19 pandemic, through a fortuitous opportunity, he entered the field of interior design, despite not having any relevant experience. Leveraging on his teaching experience, he has developed internal training courses for the company and also helps to educate customers on avoiding pitfalls in home renovation. He is now a manager with the interior design firm, and is currently managing six staff.
