SMU Wellness BalanceUP is a wellbeing-focused engagement series that encourages alumni to pause, recharge and invest in their long-term personal and professional wellbeing.

The series explores practical approaches to managing stress, strengthening mental and emotional resilience, and cultivating healthier habits in everyday life. Through guided activities, conversations with wellbeing practitioners and shared reflections, alumni gain tools that support both personal balance and sustained career growth.

Wellness BalanceUP also creates space for alumni to step away from the pace of daily life and reconnect with practices that support clarity, energy and overall wellbeing. In doing so, it reflects SMU’s commitment to supporting alumni not only in their professional journeys, but also in their overall quality of life.
