Morgan Yeo: S’porean graduates from SMU with business degree, plunges into carpentry with brothers instead

SMU alumnus Morgan Yeo and his brothers inherited Roger&Sons, a boutique carpentry firm, from their late father. He shared his journey from learning on the job to managing the business while making sure that his employees continue to upgrade their skills. Mr Yeo also plans to expand the company into other areas and ultimately to grow out of the “family business” branding.
