When SMU alumnus Morgan Yeo and his two younger brothers took over their father's business in 2014, it was not doing well with just five employees, but they promised their father that they will continue his legacy. Today, woodworking studio Roger&Sons – named after their late father – has a team of 21 full-time employees and specialises in bespoke carpentry.
