SUTD-SMU Double Degree Programme alumna Pei Shan founded UglyFood in a bid to curb food wastage in Singapore. So far, the start-up has managed to divert more than 7,384 edible fruits and vegetables from the waste bin by transforming them into juices, smoothies and popsicles.
