The SMU Myanmar Alumni Chapter (SMU MAC) organized an interactive workshop 'Purpose-led Strategy for Sustainable Success' on 18 Nov 2017 held at the Taw Win Garden hotel in Yangon, Myanmar. Jointly organised by SMU MAC and Talent Leadership Crucible (TLC) Asia, the workshop was well-attended, fully signed-up and successful. Clearly, alumni in Myanmar were keen to participate in this exclusive half-day session.

Established in Singapore in 2013, TLC Asia is an ASEAN-centric, awareness-based, action-learning consultancy with the aim of increasing the consciousness and performance of people and systems so as to achieve sustainable success.
Facilitated by Poorani Thanusha (Principal Consultant of TLC Asia, herself an SMU alum, MTSC 2016), and co-facilitated by Rameshwari Ramachandra (Managing Director of TLC Asia, currently pursuing a Doctorate in Innovations at SMU), the alumni were treated to an insightful, lively, and participative session indeed. How befitting it was with an alumnus and a pre-alumnus helming the event!

All in all, it was great learning and networking opportunity for all attendees. Based on feedback from the participants and alumni, the SMU Myanmar Alumni Chapter intends to organise more of such fruitful events in future. (The SMU MAC Executive Committee above)
