On 27 February 2026, the Peer Helpers Alumni Group rang in the Year of the Horse in true Peer Helpers fashion - gathering 22 alumni at the University Lounge for a 𝑷𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 and 𝑷𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒆-themed night of good food, panel sharing, lohei, and a whole lot of catching up. A fitting way to honour the heart, effort, and spirit that Peer Helpers bring to the SMU community.
The programme was intentionally light: dinner to ease everyone in, lohei to kick things up a notch, and a panel sharing session that got people reflecting and sharing in equal measure. Alumni reconnected across batches, swapped stories, and made some new ones too.
To everyone who came - thank you for showing up and making the night what it was. Here's to carrying that 𝑷𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 and 𝑷𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒖𝒏𝒆 through the rest of 2026. 🐴
