We kicked off the 7th run of the SMU Mentoring Pinnacle with DBS on 23 July, with our Director, Florence Neo (Assoc Alum), delivering the welcome address and reflecting on the programme's success over the years. The energy in the room was a powerful reminder of what makes this programme so meaningful.
This year, we welcomed 67 DBS Bank senior executive mentors who will be guiding 163 SMU alumni mentees over the coming months. And half of our mentors have chosen to return speaks volumes about the impact of the programme.
Our heartfelt thanks to our DBS mentors for generously investing their time, experience, and insights, and to our alumni mentees for embracing the journey ahead with curiosity, openness, and purpose.
