SMU alumnus Chris Lim is the co-founder of water and air purifier brand Sterra. He shared that he likes a challenge and is drawn to high-risk, high-reward situations, which led him to quit a banking job at Credit Suisse after just a few months to pursue his interest in e-commerce. He shared about his investment strategy, which is an aggressive approach stemming from his belief that he needs to stand up to what everyone else around them is saying about an investment, and sometimes even against his own instincts. He also revealed about his investment success and failure, and offered some investing tips.
