Dorothy Peng steps up as MD, with R/GA Singapore promoting from within

SMU alumna Dorothy Peng has been appointed managing director of Interpublic Group agency R/GA Singapore. Ms Peng has been with R/GA for more than three years and started out there as a group account director.
