Access Your Digital Alumni Card
Your Digital Alumni Card is your digital proof of alumni status and provides convenient access to selected alumni services, facilities and privileges.
Simply present your Digital Alumni Card when required to enjoy alumni benefits or access designated areas on campus. As your card is stored digitally within Hexagon, it is always available whenever you need it, without having to carry a physical card.

An updated profile ensures you receive the latest alumni news, event invitations, exclusive opportunities and important University announcements. It also helps us better understand our alumni community and deliver communications and initiatives that are more relevant to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you are logging into Hexagon for the first time, please use your SMU email address and password.
For a faster sign-in process, you can link your social media account to Hexagon after your first sign-in. Social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and Yahoo! are supported.
After clicking on “Sign In” on the landing page, you will be brought to the sign in page and asked to key in your SMU email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset your password. 
You would need to log into Hexagon and click on the “Digital Alumni Card” tab. More information can be found here.
