Frequently Asked Questions
If you are logging into Hexagon for the first time, please use your SMU email address and password.
For a faster sign-in process, you can link your social media account to Hexagon after your first sign-in. Social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and Yahoo! are supported.
After clicking on “Sign In” on the landing page, you will be brought to the sign in page and asked to key in your SMU email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset your password.
If you are unable to reset your password using the above methods, please contact the SMU Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) via our Hexagon Support Form.
